Los Barriles, Lavantana, and kite sizes? Help Please...

Post by ambientrax »

planning on Baja this winter, I am riding a 9 rebel, when people are riding 12m I am up and riding a 9, I don't weigh much... just wondering what kite sizes I should bring too baja, what size of kite do you find yourself flying the most down south, and up here on island in the winter? I don't want too pack too much gear if it is not necessary, any suggestions would be great thanks.

I ride an 8m razor or smaller for the most part in LV. In the lighter winds I use my surf board and when it nukes go down to my twinny. I'm heading down for November through to Feb or March. Enjoy! Debs

you should bring a 5M, 7M and 9M given your light weight. 5M for the Nortes and Jan-Feb big windy thermal days.
