I may be able to get some wind / weather sensors donated to the BWD wind community. I'm curious what gear we already have out there and if there might be any locations recommended for a new station.
I've PM'd BWD but am unsure who else might be able to assist with the donation and installations.
I work with the CRD and we have many different sites throughout the watershed with many different sensors, but I thought we'd mainly be intersted in wind speed and direction. Perhaps pressure sensors, solar panels, radio antennas and so on??
It's all in the initial stages but I'm pressuring people here to make a decision and get it in use.... (CRD=Can't Really Decide)

It would be nice to see Island view back on line. How about a sensor / solar panel on top of the gazeebo
