kite damage

Post by scarlet »

Turbo diesel 16 06 hit the drink and sustained huge blowout of bladder and circumferential tear of the leading edge. I imagine this will be an expensive fix. Is it worth fixing?

John, you gotta sail more again my friend  I hear you were out in the Pipers parking lot yesterday but didn't rig up, maybe this is enough of a reason to dust off the windsurfing gear :?: 8)
Wish less, sail more!!

I can fix the leading edge but will have to line up a bladder.

Looks like there's some prices here to help on bladders...

it seems you will need this one:

one 37 foot leading edge and one U-STICK OPTION-7 valve kit and one U-STICK 9mm/11mm (inflate-deflate) valve kit

That is a mombo leading edge!!
curses - foiled again!
