Professional board repair

Post by monkeymanmike »

Does anyone know where I can go to get my board repaired. I paid too much $$$ to try an experimental repair myself on this board. :!:

Don't know how much shipping would be, but her prices seem very reasonable, no-one more expert!
http://www.boardlady.com/, maybe someone can point you locally.

Hope this wasn't a transport-related ding! Thought we had things pretty padded and secure?

board repair

Thanks, MF4, I was hoping for something more local. I doubt the board was damaged during transport, it's not like it fell out of the truck or anything!

link for boardbuilding and repair

Here is a good link for boardbuilding and repair.

I've chatted with Eva (boardlady) several times over the years via the net. She used to help people who posted board repair questions on rec.windsurfing.

Unfortunate for us she is down in California. She was featured in an American Windsurfer article a short while ago. She knows her stuff. I think she is one of the few repair people for the new Surftech Tuflite surfboards from the Cobra factory.
