We do carry mylar repair tape, which can be used for tears up to 4" long. A roll retails for $17.51. Can send you a 10' roll, with shipping around $7.00

I have some small rips in a windsurfer sail I'd like to patch ... any advice as to type of tape to use? Clear packing tape? duct tape? Is there a commercial tape out there for this purpose?
