    Quick flat water session. Windier than expected! Arrived with the early crew and got in 45 mins before some work in the afternoon. Had an awkward fall back sailing and twisted my ankle and strained my neck somehow. Funny how it can happen on the simplest of things. Hopefully rest up for Tuesdays RB westerly. Oh yeah, trying to keep my self entertained in the flat water, I was trying sneaking up on Bobson without him seeing me. Pretty fun game actually.
