    Surprise! Forecast looked soft and light. Looked at the actuals (16-20 mph, ESE, 7 degrees) at 7 am and decided to sleep in. Arrived at the beach about 11 am anticipating big gear like 6.1/115. Arrived to find 5.3/115 conditions and wind kept building. Decided on 4.5/92 and tuned it to flat after the first few runs. Wind swell was clean, organized, and typically about hip high. Played cat and mouse with Big John and saw Tsawwassen hit his first air on the wing! Air and water were both comfortable. Fun session! Surprised to get more than expected!
