    Great to see many of the RBFC crew and to be back on the wagon at Ross Bay! Also great to rig up the Popemobile for the first time in several weeks - I forgot about the funny looks that come with it. It took me a bit to switch gears back into local foiling mode, with cold hands leading to kooky fumbling. My average heart rate was 15 bpm faster compared with all my recent rehab sessions, so I was feeling a little sluggish. Towards the end the wind came up a bit and I was starting to get back into the groove. Gorgeous sunny session -- not bad for January!
