No Turlets, huge bears and wolverines. Gigantic noseeums. Big as humming birds. Ya people not friendly. Downwind Dave will confirm. Where the hell is Nimpkiah anyway ?

Just came back from Nimpkish. There are out houses! Depends on where you camp but at the windsurfer launch there are at least two.

How big are the camp sites there? Can I get a 30 foot motorhome in there, looking at going mid July.

No campsites per se, just find a place to park. Lots of room, lots of bugs. There were several large trailers in there when I visited a long time ago. Don't park on the soccer field! Getting in is a short section of gravel, and the only issue is a right-hand turn and a short steep downhill on the way in, and then out. Hopefully someone who has been there recently will provide a current report.

Consider putting noseeum netting over your screens

Good call on the netting. Is the turn off to the campground area well marked on the hi way?

When you turn in at Nimpkish camp stay on the main road until you come to a y and you can see the shop yard ( I believe it is after the train tracks).. take the left and stay on the beaten path only 3/4 of a K or so of gravel. If you go right at the y you get to a dead end and a trail to the Kinman creek beach.. short trail... good wind.. was there two weeks ago... way over powered on a 6.4.
