If it's possible to fly a person flying a kite?
Wonder no more! A buddy from Florida posted this up on facebook.
Rider #1 has a board and a waterski rope strapped to Rider #2.
Rider #2 is hooked in and flying the kite (20ft in the air)

Um, isn't this a very cool demonstration of a kiter being used to drag (power) a waterskier/wakeboarder, which, by the way, would get my vote for a new green-power sport.
