Storm not forecast

Well, we're used to the EC crying wolf all the time over gales that don't materialize. Today was the complete opposite:
I’m not sure what was forecast in the earlier morning, last night I don’t recall even any gale warning. Are the EC forecasts archived somewhere? Jl?

MARINE...SMALL ADVISORIES IN EFFECT FOR ALL WATERS EXCEPT CENTRAL STRAIT.

Juan de Fuca Strait - east entrance.
Gale warning in effect.
Wind westerly 30 to 35 knots diminishing to southwest 20 to 25 this
evening then backing to southeast 20 late overnight. Wind increasing
to southeast 30 to 40 Tuesday afternoon. Rain ending this evening.
Rain beginning near noon Tuesday. Visibility 1 mile or less in rain.
And from the US at 10:35, they didn’t get it either:

Tuesday. Visibility 1 mile or less in rain.
Winds at Ogden Point from 10AM through 1 PM. Look at the spike between 11:30 and 11:50!
