Reading image underneat webcams for wind speeds

Just curious if anyone can tell me or point me towards where I can read how to understand the image with the rising blue and green lines of varying widths that appears below the webcam shots? Thank you!

That is the tide chart.

peaks indicate high tide, trough indicates low tide
numbers at peak indicate the time of high tide
numbers on the side where the peak or trough meet indicate tide level above lowest tide (0m + _m)
if a peak is present before a trough at the current tide then the tide is ebbing, and vise versa.

& the time is in 24 hour time ... ex. 1600-12 = 4 p.m. !!! 8)
