Looking for someone to pick up sewing machine in SanFran

Hey all on the coast for a vacation! How would someone like their gas bill paid for??? I bought a used Sewing Machine and Table and it is in Alemeda Cali.(Oakland) at a sail repair shop. I am considering all shipping options but I am willing to work out a deal that would make it worth while for someone to get it for me if you are going that far south. Of course I'll pay customs too if there are any duties.
