Ho'okipa closed to Windsurfing !!!!????

Very sad story, sounds like there is going to be quite a battle to be able to keep windsurfing at the best place to wavesail in the world. I know from Randy's web pages that he's sailed there along with some other Vic sailors. Confiscating tourists' equipment is pretty harsh! Ironically, Giampalo say Ho'okipa means "hospitality".
