Jericoacoara or Venezuela?

Has anyone visited Jericoacoara or Venezuela in Jan/Feb? We had been considering Baja for a while, and now we are dreaming of somewhere even warmer...

How is the wind quality in Jericoacoara at that time of year? Anyone?

Report received from last year: Jan. wind usually starts to drop.
Sep-Oct was 3.7-4.2, Nov-Dec 4.7 some 5.2, but the good news - Jan broke the traditional pattern at mainly 4.7.

Now, can anyone reccomend a good travel agent?

Best I can do is $1405. CAD (taxes incl.) from Seattle. But, I'd rather go from Van or Victoria.

Suggestions?
