Busy North Shore on this Thanksgiving Day. Fantastic Kanaha conditions, solid 25kts all afternoon, mostly 3 and 4m wings. There had to be a hundred wings out there, all skill levels sharing the corridor between the point breaks and lower boneyard. Today was all about control and collision avoidance. Fast waves loaded with wings, turtles and a few kites in between. Choosing my wave carefully not to offend anyone and find sea room to jibe around. The crowd dissipated mid afternoon (turkey dinners) leaving the playground for a few of us tourists.
Windows are a good thing : )
