Vic at Nitinat (from Vic's daughter Terri)

I will never forget your kind smile and welcoming camp fires. Your enthusiasm and perseverance to get “one more ride” was contagious. You are an inspiration to many people and your energy will always be present at Nitinat!

Though it's been four years since I windsurfed Nitinat and spoke to Vic, I remember him well. He was a great guy and a true ambassador for the sport. I travelled to Nitinat over the course of 12 consecutive summers and Vic always seemed to be there, ready to greet one with a ready smile. I can only hope to have to half his metal and joi de vivre by the time I am a septegenarian. I offer my deepest condolences to his family. Vic will be missed. RIP Vic and keep on rippin'.
